Free Shipping on Orders Over $50
We are happy to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping on orders over $50. Shipping charges on orders under $50 are calculated based on cart total.
Customs and Duties
Items that do not have duties and customs clearance fees included at checkout will state additional fees in the item's description detail page. We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you, and any fees are to be paid by you when they arrive in your country.
Shipping Locations
At this time, we do not deliver outside of the United States of America.
Deliveries in Contiguous United States:
- We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, or the U.S. territories.
- We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping method/courier and shipping cut-off times may vary, depending on the courier delivery service chosen by the manufacturer of the item. The most common are UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Shipping Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are processed the same day up until 2:00 pm. Most items depart within 7 business days. Standard shipping times are approximately averaging 3-9 days from the date of departure for most items.
All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.
*During holidays such as Christmas and Easter, these timelines are not applicable as shipper/ carrier delays are out of our control.

“PRE-ORDER” Items:
Items that are custom-made vary in shipping time from approximately 30-60 days, depending on the item intricacy and the location of departure. These items are indicated by a “PRE ORDER” button on the item description detail page.
Order Confirmation, Updates, and Tracking
Will my item be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will occasionally be sent in separate shipments.
I haven’t received an email:
Please ensure you provide an accurate email address to ensure you receive your order updates, confirmation number, and tracking. As well, please check your spam and junk folders.

My tracking says ‘no information available’:
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at contact@happychico.com
I haven’t received my shipment:
Happy Chico is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we take full responsibility to correct it at no charge.
Finding a missing package that shows as delivered.
1. Make sure the package was addressed correctly
We can’t correct an address on a package once it has been mailed.
Review the address to make sure your package was addressed correctly.
2. Look around the delivery location for your package
If you can’t find your delivery at your door, check the following locations:

House
- Around your property. The delivery person might have left the package in a secure location or left a Delivery Notice Card.
- Check with everyone in the household. Someone else may have received or retrieved the package.
- Check tracking to see if someone signed for your package. If they did, see if it matches anyone in the household.
Apartment building
- Your individual mailbox
- Parcel locker
- Security desk
- Building superintendent or concierge
Business
- Mailroom
- Front desk or security
- Courier service or a third-party
Community mailbox
- Your individual mailbox
- Parcel compartment
Large institution (for example, a university)
The mailroom. This is our final point of delivery. Some time may pass before the mailroom delivers the package to you (or tells you to pick it up).
Safe drop
A safe location on the property. Check around to find the package. Check with other members of the household, as they may have taken the package into the house.
If you are unable to locate the package after completing the above checks, please reach out to contact@happychico.com within 5 days of the items being marked delivered so we may promptly do our best to assist. Please be sure to include your order number and the tracking number of the shipment.
